Returns & Refunds
. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, all sales are generally final.
. Returns or refunds are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Sealed Products
. Opened booster packs, booster boxes, tins, and other sealed products cannot be returned or exchanged.
. We cannot guarantee specific card pulls, card conditions from sealed products, or manufacturer packaging outcomes.
Pre-Orders
. Release dates are estimates and may change.
. Pre-order cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee.
